Individual Bookings
2+ days before booking:
100% refund (free cancellation)
Within 2 days of booking:
50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
On/after booking date:
0% refund (100% cancellation fee)
Cancellation fees are calculated automatically based on timing.
Session Packs (Online Payment)
Non-Refundable
Session packs purchased with online payment are non-refundable once purchased.
Booking Cancellation
You can cancel individual bookings made from your pack. The session will be restored to your pack.
Cancellation Fees
When you cancel a booking, the session goes back to your pack. Cancellation fees may apply based on timing.
Cancellation fees follow the standard booking cancellation policy based on when you cancel.
Session Packs (Cash Payment)
Before Trainer Confirmation (0-7 days)
100% refund (anytime within 7 days)
Auto-refund if trainer doesn't confirm within 7 days
After Trainer Confirmation
2+ days before first booking:
100% refund of platform fee
Within 2 days of first booking:
50% refund of platform fee
On/after first booking date:
0% refund (platform fee non-refundable)
Note: Cash payment to trainer is handled directly between client and trainer. Platform only processes refunds for the platform fee.
