How to Delete Your TrainerLink Account

Options for Deletion
1. In-App Deletion (Preferred)
For immediate account deletion, please use the Delete Account feature in the TrainerLink app.
- Open the TrainerLink app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation prompts
2. Email Request
Email us at contact@maco.fit with subject: "Account Deletion Request"
Please include:
- •Your User ID or email address
- •Confirmation that you want to delete your account
What Gets Deleted
The following data will be permanently deleted:
- •Your profile information
- •Client data (if applicable)
- •Workout plans
- •Booking history
- •Progress data (measurements, logs)
- •Photos and media
What May Be Retained
The following data may be retained for legal or platform integrity purposes:
- •Transaction records (as required by law)
- •Anonymized reviews/ratings (for platform integrity)
- •Legal compliance data
Deletion Timeline
- •In-app deletion: Immediate (account is deactivated immediately)
- •Email request: Within 7 business days
Data Recovery Policy
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before deletion. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data.
