How It Works

Cash payments allow you to pay your trainer directly in cash while still using TrainerLink's platform features. This gives you the flexibility of cash transactions with the convenience of digital booking and tracking.

Payment Process

Pay Platform Fee Online

Pay a small platform fee online to activate your session pack. This fee covers platform services and features like booking management, attendance tracking, and progress monitoring.

Pay Trainer in Cash

Pay the remaining amount directly to your trainer in cash. This payment is handled between you and your trainer, giving you flexibility in payment terms.

Trainer Confirms Payment

Your trainer will confirm receipt of cash payment within 7 days. Once confirmed, your sessions are activated and you can start booking.

Requirements

  • Minimum pack price: ₹1,000 (ensures minimum platform fee of ₹50)
  • Platform fee: ₹25 flat OR 5% of pack price, whichever is higher (minimum ₹50)
  • Free bookings: Cash payments are separate from free bookings (cash always requires platform fee)
  • Booking count: Entire session pack counts as 1 booking (not per session)

Important Notes

  • Cash payments to trainers are handled directly between you and your trainer
  • TrainerLink is not involved in cash payment transactions
  • Platform fee refunds follow our refund policy (see Refund Policy)
  • Cash payment refunds are between you and your trainer
